Had a pleasant stay during a shopping trip

The staff were exceptional and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was excellent, close to main Outlet stores and other activities

Location not far from the pathway, the outlets, Merrimack. Also, to the outlet. Separate room with a sofa and king bed, for instance. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel was functional and quiet and placed in a functional-style building. The staff were very very helpful and respectful and the facilities were really nice. Our location was unbeatable and magnificent, near a motorway. The service was terrific. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient.

This place is perfectly located near outlet shops, and the breakfast offers a variety of warm dishes.

Excellant home base for shopping, felt like home. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with ice maker in freezer and the bedroom, for instance as expected. We liked wake-up service available. No complaints, the venue met needs.

I had reserved a king size bed but got two queens, they did nothing to try to accommodate what i had in writing as a reservation.

- cooking available, - full fridge and microwave, - dishwasher. It was a nice room, had a fireplace also.

People above us were running and jumping around and it was annoying. Wish i had been on 2nd floor. I requested that we get a king and front desk said there was none ... manager was supposed to contact me and never did.

There is a nice hot breakfast for a start. The setting is magnificent and wonderful, near to outlet shopping and other activities, restaurants, and all the outlets. The hotel's staff is pleasant and exceptional.
